DESIGN STUDENT ASSISTANCE

Gran Living is an innovative company located in inspiring and beautiful offices by the harbor in Aarhus. We design and produce home interiors and small furniture for leading furniture chains, as well as for our own high-end brand AYTM.
YOUR STRENGTHS
As a designer, you’re always ahead of trends and styles in the interior design industry. You know how to develop trendsetting designs that are also commercial—and you’re passionate about the products you develop. With a keen eye for style, colors, and details, you will design, in close collaboration with your colleagues, new collections of home interiors and furniture, as well as finalize the designs of others. You are organized and know how to meet deadlines.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing an education as a designer within furniture and interiors.
- Experience with Rhino.
- Experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).
- Proactive, efficient, and with a sharp eye for the latest trends.
- Open and collaborative.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
YOUR TASKS
- 2D & 3D visualizations including renderings, development of technical drawings, and finalizing and following up on technical drawings based on design briefs/ideas.
- After the technical drawings are complete, you will assist in product development, resolve design questions, suggest solutions for technical challenges, correct prototypes, and update technical drawings.

WE CAN OFFER
An average workweek of 10 hours. We offer a creative environment with a flat hierarchy where you can see your ideas quickly put into action. We work in an open and exciting environment with great dialogue and the opportunity to work independently on various tasks.
You will be part of a design team of other in-house designers and graphic designers. We work in inspiring and beautiful offices by the harbor in Aarhus.
